We’re seeking a bright, ambitious graduate for an Enterprise SAAS where your personality and drive will be the keys to your success and progression. Starting as a Customer Service Manager, you’ll initially focus on becoming intimately familiar with the product itself. It’s a multi-faceted role where you will be involved with anything and everything – ranging from answering technical enquiries, helping develop the product, end user training and the overall delivery of an exceptional customer service experience to a wide ranging and varied client base.
